We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to work in poland as Billboard Installers. As a Billboard Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing outdoor advertising structures such as billboards and signage.

Responsibilities:

1. Site Preparation: Prepare installation sites by clearing vegetation, leveling ground, and ensuring proper access for equipment and vehicles.
2. Structural Installation: Install billboard structures, frames, and supports securely and according to engineering specifications, using appropriate tools, equipment, and materials.
3. Vinyl Installation: Apply vinyl graphics, posters, and signage to billboard surfaces accurately and professionally, ensuring proper alignment, tension, and adhesion.
4. Electrical Work: Install and connect electrical components such as lighting fixtures, power supplies, and wiring for illuminated billboards, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
5. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections of billboard structures and signage to identify and address issues such as damage, deterioration, or vandalism, and make repairs as needed.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working at heights, handling equipment, and operating vehicles, and ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including site surveys, work orders, material usage, and inspection reports, and submit documentation to supervisors or clients as required.
8. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to understand project requirements, provide progress updates, and address any concerns or inquiries.
9. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other billboard installers and crew members to coordinate work activities, share expertise, and ensure project success.
