Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Handle any disturbances or incidents calmly and professionally.
• Escort unruly or intoxicated patrons from the premises when necessary.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when required.
• Conduct routine checks of the premises to ensure a safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Assist with crowd control during busy periods.
• Maintain detailed incident reports as needed.
