We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented Building Painters to work abroad. The Building Painter will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching holes and cracks as needed.
2. Paint Application: Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes.
3. Color Matching: Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and hues, following color charts and specifications.
4. Protective Coatings: Apply protective coatings such as primers and sealants to surfaces to enhance durability and longevity.
5. Safety Measures: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working at heights or with hazardous materials, including wearing appropriate protective gear.
6. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
7. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished surfaces for flaws, imperfections, or areas requiring touch-ups, and make necessary corrections.
8. Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
9. Project Management: Manage painting projects from start to finish, including estimating materials and labor costs, scheduling work, and meeting deadlines.
