We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenters to work in Poland. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials according to specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities:

1. Construction: Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures such as framework, partitions, doors, windows, and molding using carpentry tools and equipment.
2. Measurement and Layout: Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials according to precise measurements and layout plans.
3. Installation: Install and fit components together with screws, nails, dowels, and adhesives to create finished products.
4. Finishing: Sand, stain, varnish, or paint surfaces to achieve desired finishes and enhance appearance and durability.
5. Repair: Repair or replace damaged or defective parts of structures and fixtures, including doors, windows, staircases, and furniture.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating tools and equipment, and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
7. Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets quality standards, specifications, and building codes.
8. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other carpenters, contractors, and tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and project progress
