We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Carpenters. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing various structures and fixtures according to project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Carpentry Work: Perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including framing, roofing, siding, flooring, and finishing work, using a range of hand and power tools.
2. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings to understand project requirements and specifications, and plan carpentry tasks accordingly.
3. Material Selection: Select appropriate materials for carpentry projects, considering factors such as durability, cost-effectiveness, and aesthetic appeal, and ensure accurate measurements and cuts.
4. Construction and Installation: Construct and install structures such as walls, partitions, doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture, ensuring precision and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
5. Repair and Maintenance: Repair or replace damaged or worn components of existing structures or fixtures, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure their longevity and functionality.
6. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating tools and equipment, handling materials, and working at heights, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other carpenters, tradespeople, and construction team members to coordinate work activities, share expertise, and ensure project success.
8. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and supervisors to understand project requirements, provide progress updates, and address any concerns or inquiries.
9. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards, and make adjustments or repairs as needed.
