We are currently seeking detail-oriented and skilled Construction Workers specializing in finishing work to work in poland. The Construction Worker will be responsible for completing the final touches on construction projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Interior Finishing: Install and finish interior surfaces such as drywall, ceilings, trim, and flooring, ensuring smoothness, uniformity, and proper alignment.
2. Painting and Staining: Apply paint, stain, or varnish to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, ensuring even coverage and desired finishes.
3. Caulking and Sealing: Seal gaps, joints, and seams using caulking or sealant to prevent air leaks, water intrusion, and drafts.
4. Trim Work: Install and finish trim elements such as baseboards, crown molding, and door casings, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
5. Tile Installation: Install ceramic, porcelain, or stone tiles on walls, floors, or countertops, ensuring levelness, alignment, and proper grouting.
6. Flooring Installation: Install various types of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, tile, or carpet, ensuring proper subfloor preparation and installation techniques.
7. Fixture Installation: Install and finish fixtures such as light fixtures, faucets, handles, and hardware, ensuring proper functioning and aesthetics.
8. Cleanup and Detailing: Clean and prepare finished surfaces for occupancy, including dusting, sweeping, and removing debris, and perform final touch-ups as needed.
