Responsibilities:

1. Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver goods to customers' homes, offices, or other designated locations using company vehicles or personal vehicles.
2. Route Planning: Plan delivery routes using GPS navigation systems or maps to optimize efficiency and minimize delivery times.
3. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service to recipients at delivery locations, including greeting customers, verifying delivery details, and obtaining signatures for delivered items.
4. Product Handling: Handle products with care during transportation and delivery, ensuring that items are delivered intact and in good condition.
5. Inventory Management: Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and maintain accurate records of delivered items and inventory levels.
6. Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and customers to provide updates on delivery status and address any issues or concerns.
7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating vehicles, handling goods, and navigating delivery routes, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery documentation, and submit reports to supervisors as required.
9. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other delivery personnel and team members to coordinate delivery activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient delivery service.
