We are currently seeking reliable and proactive individuals to work in poland as Driver Mates or Delivery Assistants. As a Driver Mate, you will work alongside our delivery drivers to assist with the transportation and delivery of goods to customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading goods onto and off delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and securement of items to prevent damage.
2. Route Navigation: Navigate delivery routes using GPS navigation systems or maps, and assist the driver in finding the most efficient routes to reach delivery destinations.
3. Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to customers at delivery locations, including greeting customers, verifying delivery details, and obtaining signatures for delivered items.
4. Product Handling: Handle products with care during transportation and delivery, and assist in carrying heavy or bulky items to customers' desired locations.
5. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management tasks such as counting and checking stock levels, verifying delivery manifests, and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
6. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles, including checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels, and report any issues or concerns to the driver or supervisors.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of delivered items, mileage, and delivery times, and submit delivery documentation to supervisors as required.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling goods, operating delivery vehicles, and navigating delivery routes, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
9. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with delivery drivers and other team members to coordinate delivery activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely and efficient delivery service.
