We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to work in canada as Farm Laborers. As a Farm Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various agricultural operations and maintaining farm facilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Crop Maintenance: Assist with planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting crops such as fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes, following farming practices and schedules.
2. Livestock Care: Feed, water, and groom livestock such as cattle, sheep, pigs, and poultry, and assist with milking, herding, and handling animals as needed.
3. Equipment Operation: Operate farm machinery and equipment such as tractors, plows, cultivators, and harvesters safely and efficiently, and perform routine maintenance checks and repairs as needed.
4. Fencing and Infrastructure: Install, repair, and maintain fences, gates, and farm structures such as barns, sheds, and irrigation systems to ensure security, functionality, and compliance with regulations.
5. Crop Protection: Assist with pest and weed control measures, including applying pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers as directed, and monitoring crop health and growth.
6. General Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing farm buildings, equipment, and tools to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
7. Product Handling: Sort, grade, and package agricultural products for sale or distribution, and load and unload trucks, trailers, and storage facilities as needed.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with machinery, handling chemicals, and operating in outdoor environments, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment to prevent injuries.
9. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other farm laborers, supervisors, and farm managers to coordinate work activities, share expertise, and achieve farm goals.
