We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to work as Blinds and Shutters Fitters. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and fitting blinds, shutters, and other window treatments in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation: Measure windows accurately and install blinds, shutters, shades, and other window treatments according to customer specifications and design preferences.
2. Mounting: Mount blinds, shutters, and hardware securely onto windows, walls, or ceilings using appropriate tools, fasteners, and installation techniques.
3. Customization: Cut blinds or shutters to fit non-standard window sizes or shapes, and make adjustments as needed to ensure proper fit and functionality.
4. Demonstration: Demonstrate operation and functionality of installed window treatments to customers, including adjusting blinds or shutters for light control and privacy.
5. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges encountered during installation, such as alignment issues, mounting difficulties, or product defects.
6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer questions, addressing concerns or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the installed window treatments.
7. Cleanup: Clean up work areas and remove any debris or packaging materials generated during installation, leaving the customer's property clean and tidy.
8. Documentation: Complete installation records, including measurements, product details, and any additional services provided, and submit paperwork to supervisors or administrators as required.
9. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working at heights, using power tools, and handling window treatment materials, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
