We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to work in poland as Gardeners. As a Gardener, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients, including residential properties, commercial landscapes, and public gardens.

Responsibilities:

1. Planting and Cultivation: Plant, cultivate, and maintain a variety of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs, considering factors such as soil quality, sunlight exposure, and water requirements.
2. Pruning and Trimming: Prune, trim, and shape trees, shrubs, and hedges to promote healthy growth, maintain desired shapes, and enhance aesthetic appeal.
3. Weeding and Mulching: Weed garden beds, borders, and pathways regularly to control weed growth and maintain cleanliness, and apply mulch to conserve moisture and suppress weed growth.
4. Soil Care: Prepare garden beds and soil for planting by tilling, amending, and fertilizing as needed, and monitor soil moisture levels and nutrient levels to ensure optimal plant health.
5. Watering and Irrigation: Water plants, flowers, and lawns regularly, adjusting watering schedules and methods based on weather conditions, plant needs, and irrigation system efficiency.
6. Pest and Disease Management: Monitor plants for signs of pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies, and implement appropriate measures such as integrated pest management (IPM) strategies, biological controls, and organic treatments.
7. Seasonal Maintenance: Perform seasonal tasks such as spring and fall cleanups, winterizing plants, and preparing gardens for planting or dormant periods.
8. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain garden tools and equipment in good working condition, including hand tools, power tools, mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems, and perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
9. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, landscape designers, and property managers to understand garden design preferences, provide progress updates, and address any concerns or inquiries.
10. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with tools, equipment, and chemicals, and maintain a clean and safe work environment to prevent accidents and injuries.
