2. Hair Cutting and Styling: Perform hair cutting, styling, and grooming services according to client specifications and industry standards, utilizing a variety of techniques and tools to achieve desired results.
3. Coloring and Treatments: Apply hair color, highlights, lowlights, and other chemical treatments using safe and effective techniques, and ensure proper application and processing for desired outcomes.
4. Hair Care Services: Provide hair care services such as shampooing, conditioning, and scalp treatments to improve hair health and manageability, and educate clients on proper at-home hair care routines.
5. Product Recommendation: Recommend and promote professional hair care products and styling tools to clients based on their hair type, concerns, and styling preferences, and provide guidance on product usage and maintenance.
6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout their salon experience, including greeting clients, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
7. Appointment Management: Schedule client appointments, manage booking systems, and maintain accurate records of client preferences, services performed, and product usage for future reference.
8. Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment, and adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a clean and safe salon environment.
