We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to work in poland. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to facilitate construction, excavation, and earthmoving projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Equipment Operation: Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and compactors to perform tasks including excavation, grading, leveling, and compacting.
  2. Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites for work by clearing debris, grading terrain, and excavating trenches or foundations as needed.
  3. Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials using heavy equipment, including soil, rocks, asphalt, and construction debris.
  4. Safety Inspection: Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning, safety, and compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating heavy equipment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following safe operating procedures.
  6. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  7. Communication: Communicate with supervisors, construction workers, and other team members to coordinate work activities and ensure efficient project execution.
  8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and daily work logs.
  9. Adaptability: Adapt to changing work conditions, weather, and project requirements to meet deadlines and project goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator in construction or related field.
  • Proficiency in operating a variety of heavy machinery, including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and graders.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and construction plans.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, nights, or overtime as needed.
