We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about food and eager to learn the ropes of a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation: Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing sauces.
2. Dishwashing: Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment or by hand as needed.
3. Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, including countertops, equipment, floors, and storage areas.
4. Stock Management: Receive and store food deliveries properly, rotating stock and ensuring that items are labeled and organized.
5. Assistance During Service: Support kitchen staff during service by fetching ingredients, running food to the serving area, and assisting with plating and garnishing dishes.
6. Trash Removal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with waste management guidelines.
7. Compliance: Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the safety of food products and kitchen staff.
