We are currently seeking motivated and skilled individuals to work abroad as Landscape Operatives. As a Landscape Operative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, construction, and installation.

Responsibilities:

1. Grounds Maintenance: Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and pruning to ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of outdoor spaces.
2. Planting and Gardening: Assist with planting, transplanting, and caring for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants, and maintain garden beds, borders, and containers.
3. Turf Management: Install, repair, and maintain turf surfaces such as lawns, sports fields, and green spaces, including fertilizing, aerating, and watering as needed.
4. Irrigation Systems: Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems, including sprinklers, drip lines, and timers, to ensure proper hydration of plants and turf.
5. Hardscape Installation: Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as pathways, patios, retaining walls, and decorative structures using various materials such as stone, brick, and concrete.
6. Equipment Operation: Operate landscape equipment and machinery such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small hand tools safely and efficiently, and perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating equipment, handling chemicals, and working in outdoor environments, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
8. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to understand project requirements, provide progress updates, and address any concerns or inquiries.
9. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other landscape operatives and crew members to coordinate work activities, share expertise, and ensure project success.
