We are currently seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to work as Manual Packers. As a Manual Packer, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by carefully packing products according to quality standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Packing: Pack products into boxes, containers, or packaging materials according to specific instructions, ensuring accurate counts and proper arrangement.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packing, and remove any defective items from the production line.
- Labeling: Affix labels, stickers, or tags to packed products as required, including product information, barcodes, and expiration dates.
- Sealing: Seal packed boxes or containers using tape, glue, or heat-sealing equipment, ensuring proper closure and security.
- Stacking and Staging: Stack packed boxes or containers on pallets or racks in an organized manner, and prepare them for transportation or storage.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep packing areas clean and organized, and perform routine maintenance on packing equipment as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including wearing personal protective equipment and following safe work practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packed products, quantities, and production rates, and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines, and assist in other areas of the manufacturing process as needed.

Requirements
- No prior experience required; training provided on-site.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in packing tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
