We are currently seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to work as Packing Operators. As a Packing Operator, you will be responsible for operating packing machinery and ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of products.

Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation: Operate packing machinery such as filling machines, sealing machines, labeling machines, and wrapping machines to package products according to specifications.
2. Quality Control: Monitor packing processes to ensure that products are packed accurately, securely, and in compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
3. Product Inspection: Inspect finished products for defects, damages, or irregularities before, during, and after packing, and remove any defective items from the production line.
4. Material Handling: Load packaging materials such as boxes, bags, or containers onto packing machines, and replenish materials as needed to maintain continuous operation.
5. Adjustments and Maintenance: Make adjustments to packing machinery settings or perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, packaging materials usage, equipment downtime, and any production issues or deviations.
7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating packing machinery, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following safe work practices.
8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other packing operators, machine operators, and production staff to coordinate packing activities and achieve production goals.
9. Cleaning and Sanitization: Clean and sanitize packing machinery, workstations, and surrounding areas regularly to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
