We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Plasterers to work in poland. The Plasterer will be responsible for applying plaster, stucco, and other finishing materials to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and leveling them, and applying bonding agents or primers as needed.
2. Plaster Application: Apply plaster, stucco, or other finishing materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using trowels, brushes, or sprayers, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes.
3. Texture Creation: Create decorative textures or patterns in plaster or stucco finishes using specialized tools or techniques.
4. Repair and Restoration: Repair and patch damaged or deteriorated plaster surfaces, including cracks, holes, and water damage.
5. Mold Making: Create molds or forms for decorative plaster elements such as cornices, moldings, and medallions.
6. Color Matching: Mix and match plaster or stucco colors to achieve desired shades and hues, following color charts and specifications.
7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with plastering materials and equipment, including wearing appropriate protective gear.
8. Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets quality standards, specifications, and customer expectations.
9. Cleanup and Maintenance: Clean and maintain plastering tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety, efficiency, and longevity.
