We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to work in poland as Poultry Farm Workers. As a Poultry Farm Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with the care and management of poultry, ensuring their health, welfare, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Livestock Care: Assist with the feeding, watering, and monitoring of poultry such as chickens, turkeys, or ducks, ensuring they receive adequate nutrition, hydration, and care.
- Egg Collection: Collect eggs from nesting boxes or conveyor belts, inspecting them for quality, cleanliness, and abnormalities, and handling them carefully to prevent breakage.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize poultry housing, equipment, and facilities regularly to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and biosecurity standards, including removing waste, debris, and soiled bedding.
- Health Monitoring: Monitor poultry for signs of illness, injury, or distress, and report any abnormalities to farm supervisors or veterinarians for further evaluation and treatment.
- Vaccination and Medication: Assist with the administration of vaccinations, medications, and supplements to poultry as directed by farm management or veterinary professionals, ensuring compliance with dosage and schedule requirements.
- Breeding and Hatchery Operations: Assist with breeding activities such as mating, insemination, and egg incubation, and care for chicks, poults, or ducklings during the hatching and brooding phases.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of poultry inventory, egg production, feed consumption, health treatments, and other relevant data, and submit reports to farm supervisors or regulatory agencies as required.
- Equipment Operation: Operate farm machinery and equipment such as feeders, waterers, egg graders, and manure spreaders safely and efficiently, and perform routine maintenance checks and repairs as needed.
- Biosecurity Compliance: Adhere to biosecurity protocols and guidelines when entering and exiting poultry facilities, handling birds, and transporting equipment or supplies, and take measures to prevent the spread of diseases and contaminants.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with machinery, handling chemicals, and performing tasks in poultry housing, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment to prevent injuries.

Requirements
- Prior experience in poultry farming or animal husbandry preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness in animal care and handling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
