We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Roofers to work in poland. The Roofer will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

1. Roof Installation: Install new roofs using various materials such as asphalt, shingles, tiles, metal, or rubber, following industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
2. Roof Repair: Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials, including shingles, tiles, flashing, and underlayment.
3. Leak Detection: Identify and repair leaks or areas of water damage on roofs, including locating and sealing penetrations and weak points.
4. Roof Inspection: Perform regular inspections of roofs to assess their condition, identify potential issues, and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
5. Gutter Maintenance: Install, repair, or replace gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage and prevent water damage to roofs and buildings.
6. Flashing Installation: Install and replace flashing around chimneys, vents, skylights, and other roof penetrations to prevent leaks and water intrusion.
7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working at heights or with hazardous materials, including wearing appropriate protective gear.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspection reports, repair logs, and materials used.
9. Cleanup and Maintenance: Clean and maintain roofing tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety, efficiency, and longevity.
