We are currently seeking vigilant and reliable individuals to work as Security Guards. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, personnel, and assets.
Responsibilities:
- Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and deter unauthorized access, suspicious activities, or security breaches.
- Surveillance: Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and other security systems to identify and respond to security threats or incidents in a timely manner.
- Access Control: Control access to premises by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and enforcing access policies and procedures.
- Crowd Control: Maintain order and manage crowds during events, gatherings, or emergencies, and assist with crowd direction and evacuation procedures as needed.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, including medical emergencies, fires, alarms, and disturbances, and coordinate with emergency services as required.
- Reporting: Document security incidents, observations, and activities in detailed incident reports, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, clients, or law enforcement as necessary.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, including answering questions, providing directions, and addressing concerns or inquiries.
- Safety Inspections: Conduct safety inspections of premises, equipment, and facilities to identify and mitigate potential hazards or security vulnerabilities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and emergency responders to coordinate security efforts and ensure effective response to security incidents.

Requirements
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred but not required; training provided for qualified candidates.
- Valid security guard license or certification as required by state or local regulations.
- Strong observation and surveillance skills, with the ability to remain alert and attentive during patrols and monitoring activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Physical fitness and stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, and ability to respond quickly to emergencies or security incidents.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, and make quick and effective decisions in challenging situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Basic computer skills for report writing and incident documentation.
