3. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the taxi, including checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and mechanical condition.
4. Payment Collection: Collect fares from passengers using cash, credit/debit cards, or digital payment methods, and issue receipts as needed.
5. Navigation: Use GPS navigation systems or maps to determine the best routes and avoid traffic congestion or road closures.
6. Communication: Maintain communication with dispatchers or control centers to receive pick-up requests, provide updates on trip status, and report any issues or emergencies.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to local transportation regulations, including licensing requirements, vehicle inspections, and insurance coverage.
8. Safety Measures: Ensure the safety of passengers and yourself by obeying traffic laws, avoiding reckless driving behaviors, and following safety protocols and guidelines.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fares for accounting and reporting purposes.
