We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join work as Warehouse Operators. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments of goods, verify quantities and quality against packing lists or purchase orders, and inspect items for damages or defects.
2. Storage and Organization: Store received goods in designated storage areas within the warehouse, ensuring proper organization, labeling, and inventory tracking.
3. Picking and Packing: Pick items from storage locations according to pick lists or customer orders, and pack them securely for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
4. Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks, containers, or pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment, and ensure proper handling and securement of goods.
5. Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies or shortages.
6. Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and arranging transportation with carriers or logistics providers as needed.
7. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections of goods and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements, and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating equipment, handling goods, and navigating the warehouse environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
9. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, inventory movements, and equipment maintenance logs.
