We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join work as Warehouse Operators. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments of goods, verify quantities and quality against packing lists or purchase orders, and inspect items for damages or defects.
- Storage and Organization: Store received goods in designated storage areas within the warehouse, ensuring proper organization, labeling, and inventory tracking.
- Picking and Packing: Pick items from storage locations according to pick lists or customer orders, and pack them securely for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks, containers, or pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment, and ensure proper handling and securement of goods.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies or shortages.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and arranging transportation with carriers or logistics providers as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality inspections of goods and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements, and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating equipment, handling goods, and navigating the warehouse environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, inventory movements, and equipment maintenance logs.

Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or a related field preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management tasks.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and order processing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
