We are currently seeking skilled and experienced MIG Welders to work in poland. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for operating MIG welding equipment to join metal components according to specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Welding Operations: Perform MIG welding operations to join metal parts and components, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, using appropriate welding techniques and settings.
- Material Preparation: Prepare metal surfaces for welding by cleaning, grinding, cutting, and beveling, and ensure proper fit-up and alignment of workpieces prior to welding.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to understand welding requirements, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Quality Control: Inspect welded joints and assemblies for defects, imperfections, and deviations from quality standards, and make necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure weld quality and integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling welding equipment, operating in confined spaces, and working at heights, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment to prevent injuries.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain MIG welding equipment and tools in good working condition, including performing routine maintenance, repairs, and calibration as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including welding procedures, material certifications, and inspection reports, and submit documentation to supervisors or clients as required.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other welders, fabricators, and team members to coordinate work activities, share expertise, and achieve project goals.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a MIG welder, with expertise in welding steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Certification in MIG welding from a recognized institution or authority preferred but not required; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of certification.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Strong knowledge of welding codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to use welding equipment and tools effectively, including MIG welders, torches, grinders, and cutting machines.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in awkward positions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
